Flaming Transworld bags six big ones at Gujarat Tourism Awards 2017

The Awards are an initiative to foster healthy competitiveness in the tourism sector, by motivating organizations and individuals to adopt best practices in order to provide better experience to travellers.

AHMEDABAD, INDIA – Flamingo Transworld has added new feathers in its hat; the leading tour and travel company bagged six awards at the ‘Gujarat Tourism Awards 2017’ organized in Ahmedabad on 3rd October, 2017. The Awards are an initiative to foster healthy competitiveness in the tourism sector, by motivating organizations and individuals to adopt best practices in order to provide better experience to travellers. One of the biggest tourism events held in the state, the awards recognize individuals, businesses, and partnerships in Gujarat, with outstanding achievements.

In all, Flamingo won six awards:

  • Best Family Tour operator Ahmedabad
  • Best Family Tour Operator Vadodara
  • Best Tour Operator Gujarat
  • Best Tour Operator Ahmedabad
  • Best Tour Operator Vadodara

Gujarat Tourism Awards is the celebration of leadership, success, and innovation in the Gujarat tourism industry. The awards are given to businesses and individuals who have done outstanding work in allied, hospitality, tour services, transportation (car and coach rentals) and tourism industry. This was a subsequent win for Flamingo, as the company had also received the award for ‘Best Outbound Tour Operator’ in 2016.
