BEIJING – Capital Airlines will launch its Lisbon-Beijing route, the first direct service between China and Portugal, on July 26, 2017. The new service, a 13-hour flight that departs Beijing Capital International Airportevery Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and lands in Lisbon 13 hours later, provides travelers with a comfortable journey on a new Airbus A330 twin-aisle, wide-body aircraft. Upon landing, travelers can take in the unique slow-paced lifestyle of this Western European capital, known for its ceramic tile roads, old-style trolleys and sailing vessels, among other Old World charms.

The 13-hour flight is serviced by an A330-200, a new wide-body/twin-aisle aircraft made by Airbus. The A330-200 wide-body airliner features a spacious and comfortable passenger cabin layout, with 242 economy seats and 18 business seats. All business class seats recline flat to a full 180 degree position. Meal service features delicacies from Lisbon, enhancing the comfort of the journey. When most of China is at its most sweltering, Capital Airlines gives you an opportunity for a great escape to the city that was known as the capital of romance in the Middle Ages.
Capital Airlines in cooperation with Hainan Airlines can collect passengers originating from most cities in China, deliver them to Lisbon and then connect them to over 100 cities in Europe and South America, including Madrid, Porto, Sao Paulo, Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse and Brasilia.
