Leisure Hotels Group switches over to cloud based Property Management System with Hotelogix

The Leisure Hotels Group chose Hotelogix finding it the only option on cloud that was matured enough to fulfil their needs.

BANGALORE – Leisure Hotels Limited (currently has 17 properties in India), a major player in Uttarakhand’s hospitality sector with 25 years of experience in the business, has chosen to switch to Hotelogixcloud PMS to manage their fast expanding group operations. Despite already investing in on premise systems, Leisure Hotels realized the need to adopt to modern cloud PMS that will centralize control. Being a credible hospitality brand known for its portfolio of hotels, resorts, luxury villas and camps offering leisure, adventure and spiritual experiences, Leisure has always adopted technology to back its operations to stay ahead of the curve. They experienced the lack of integration with online sales channels and inability to get centralized control was limiting their revenue potential and compromising guest experience. With aggressive plans of expansion on various fronts, they were looking to switch over to a technology that minimises their technology overheads and be more in line with modern times.

The group was looking for a system that could overcome the challenges of on premise ‘centralized reservation control’. Being a popular brand, they were unable to control the inventories from head office and wanted a system to be put in place where they can oversee their operations from one ‘point of control’. The lack of integration with the channel manager to seamlessly distribute rates, inventories and reservations on a two way connect with the OTAs (in real time) in their previous PMS solution provider made them look for alternate option. The hotel started to search for a comprehensive solution that had necessary features and would meet their property’s needs.

The group chose Hotelogix finding it the only option on cloud that was matured enough to fulfil their needs. Additionally it has tools that will grow their business owing to the extensive experience Hotelogix has in the western markets like North America and Europe. They found the solution to stay connected to various properties in real time without investing in bulky servers, IT and infrastructure. No hassle of upgrades – always online, no upfront investments in licensing costs, and 24*7 support.

“We were looking for multi-property solution on cloud that could simplify our operations, give us centralized control and also seamlessly connect with OTAs to grow our business. Thanks to cloud PMS that Hotelogix provides, we are now always informed about the room occupancy scenario, no matter where we are,” marks Vibhas Prasad, Director, Leisure Hotels, one of the early adopters of cloud PMS in India. “It is a comprehensive solution that helps us grow our business and scale up with our expansion plans without any overheads,” he adds.

“We are immensely happy to see a credible brand like Leisure Hotels, recognizing the significance of moving to cloud and the need to adapt to modern technology. Being the frontrunners in offering cloud solutions for hotels globally, we are excited about our new partnership. Our team is driven to make this move a success,” said Aditya Sanghi, CEO and Co-founder of Hotelogix, the most reliable player on cloud.
