The Company has established a center located at the Head Office responsible for coordinating runway repairs in the east part of Survarnabhumi Airport, to monitor movement, to assess impact due to partial runway closure, for further coordination, and to alleviate any possible problems that may arise.

The Company places high importance on safety in its flight operations and on passenger comfort and convenience. As a result, additional consideration will be made to carry additional jet fuel on each flight based on the air traffic conditions and has made plans to use other airports in the country, such as Utapao Airport and airports served by THAI.
