Cathay Pacific announces Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as Marco Polo Club’s newest partner

Diamond and Gold members from the airline's loyalty programme are set to benefit from an array of year-round accommodation, dining and spa privileges at one of Asia's most renowned hotels.

Cathay Pacific announced the launch of an exciting new partnership between its Marco Polo Club loyalty programme and Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which will see the club’s Diamond and Gold members benefit from a range of exclusive year-round privileges, whether they are staying as a guest or stopping by to enjoy the hotel’s dining or spa offerings.

Renowned as one of Asia’s finest hotels, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong provides a luxurious refuge in the heart of the city and represents the ultimate standard in hospitality, with Michelin-starred dining and extensive business and leisure facilities.

Marco Polo Club members who book a stay through the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong reservation call centre, website or by email, will receive a complimentary room upgrade, early check-in / late check-out entitlements and complimentary breakfast.

In terms of dining privileges, club members are guaranteed reservations at Caprice, the hotel’s universally-admired Michelin two-star French restaurant, for lunch or dinner, and will receive a complimentary glass of champagne when dining at either Caprice or Lung King Heen – the world’s first Chinese restaurant to be awarded the coveted Michelin three-star rating. Club members will also enjoy a complimentary Marco Polo Club signature cocktail – an aromatic mix of Absolut Mandarin, St Germain, lychee, lemon and grapefruit bitters – when ordering food at the Pool Terrace, Blue Bar or The Lounge.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, a serene oasis of relaxation situated high above the city’s bustling streets and working harbour, has earned a celebrated reputation for its distinctive therapies and techniques – which Marco Polo Club members can experience for themselves by enjoying a 10% discount of all spa, manicure and pedicure treatments, in addition to a complimentary glass of champagne.

Diamond and Gold members who book stays at the hotel can additionally benefit from curbside check-in, a personalised service that ensures a speedy, seamless check-in experience, while Diamond members can take advantage of the hotel’s complimentary airport escort service upon their arrival in Hong Kong. Upon disembarkation from their flights, members will be greeted by Four Seasons staff who will help guide guests through to immigration and assist with baggage.

Cathay Pacific General Manager Marketing Julian Lyden said: “We are always looking at ways to enhance our Marco Polo Club members’ benefits by joining forces with globally-renowned brands, so we are naturally delighted to welcome Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, a property synonymous with luxury and prestige, as our newest partner. The privileges that our eligible members are now entitled to at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong are wide-reaching and help us to live up to our own brand promise of a Life Well Travelled.”

Partner benefits such as these are an extension of the exclusive benefits Marco Polo Club members are already entitled to when flying on Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon – including reservation, check-in, baggage allowance and worldwide premium lounge access privileges, and more based on their tier of membership.
