ACI picked up the gold award after being named ‘Best Recruitment firm – Hospitality’ and the silver award in the ‘Best Recruitment Site – Innovations’ for its recently launched new look website.
Wrapping up an amazing 2016 for ACI HR Solutions, the company has taken out gold and silver ‘HR Vendors of the Year 2016’ awards at the prestigious Hong Kong event.
ACI picked up the gold award after being named ‘Best Recruitment firm – Hospitality’ and the silver award in the ‘Best Recruitment Site – Innovations’ for its recently launched new look website.
The Hong Kong awards follow hot on the heels of a win at the ‘HR Vendors of the Year 2016’ on 24 November in Singapore where ACI’s website received further recognition, picking up a silver award in the ‘Best Recruitment Portal’ category.
It has been a very big year for the company. In May CEO & Founder, Andrew Chan was named ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Recruitment International – Australia 2016 Awards.
And in April the company picked up three trophies at the Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards 2016.
This included a gold in the ‘Best Recruitment Innovation by a Recruitment Agency’ category in recognition of ACI’s ‘Get Da Job’ mobile device app designed to help candidates prepare for the job interview process.
A delighted Andrew Chan said the awards – and in particular the ‘Best Recruitment Firm – Hospitality’ gold was validation for the efforts the company has gone to in the last 12 months.
“This was the first time the hospitality industry has been recognised in the recruitment space as a stand-alone category so of course we were super excited to win,” Mr Chan said.
“This not only validates our work and the ACI team’s passion for this industry, as importantly I feel we have pioneered the drive for this category to have been even recognised among all the traditionally big industries such as finance and banking, IT and retail.
“We are also extremely pleased with the recognition for our website with the ‘Best Recruitment Site – Innovations’ and ‘Best Recruitment Portal’ awards.
“At the start of 2016, we made a conscious effort to focus on our technology and systems with a new website launched in July – our goal was to make our website the number one source of jobs and information for the travel and hospitality industry.
“Those efforts have obviously been rewarded which is extremely gratifying.”
