BANGKOK, Thailand – Phuket’s upscale beachfront condominium project, Twinpalms Residences MontAzure has beaten a number of high profile category contenders in Asia’s largest real estate awards to claim the prestigious title of Best Condo Development (Phuket).
The winners were revealed at a black-tie gala dinner event on 22 September attended by 600 industry-leading real estate figures from around the region.
Now in its 11th year, the Thailand Property Awards 2016 was presented by Hansgrohe and organised by PropertyGuru International, Asia’s leading online property group. A record 214 nominations were received this year – an increase of 32 percent on last year – with real estate developers, projects and design firms all vying for recognition in 33 awards categories.
Executive Director Setthaphol Boottho accepted the award on behalf of MontAzure.
“It’s an honour to be recognised by an expert panel of judges just seven months after launching Twinpalms Residences MontAzure. This latest accolade coveys our passion to set a new benchmark for luxury tropical living in the region. It will spur our team to move forward with confidence as we launch the next phases of Phuket’s most significant master-planned beachside community. Expect some major announcements before the end of the year,” said MontAzure Executive Director Setthaphol Boottho, who accepted the award on behalf of the development team.
Launched in February 2016, Twinpalms Residences MontAzure comprises 75 upscale branded freehold condominiums located right next to 100 metres of absolute beach frontage on Phuket’s central west coast. The master plan was created by Martin Palleros of Tierra Design and the residences will be operated and managed by Twinpalms, one of Thailand’s most celebrated independent luxury resort brands, when completed in 2018. The project features one and two-bedroom units with penthouses having access to a private roof top and pool with prices starting from THB 10.9 million (USD315,000).
In April 2016, MontAzure scooped three property awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, including first place for Best Mixed-Use Development Thailand and Best Condominium for Twinpalms Residences MontAzure.
