Members earn more miles and can travel even faster with Marriott Rewards’ new Korean Air partnership

The new partnership between Korean Air and Mariott will offer Marriott Rewards members the flexibility to earn Korean Air SKYPASS miles when they stay at more than 4,300 hotels across 17 distinctive global brands within the loyalty program's portfolio.

HONG KONG – Marriott Rewards, Marriott International‘s award-winning loyalty program, is partnering with global aviation innovators Korean Air to give members even more ways to earn miles.
 
This new partnership will offer Marriott Rewards members the flexibility to earn Korean Air SKYPASS miles when they stay at more than 4,300 hotels across 17 distinctive global brands within the loyalty program’s portfolio. Marriott Rewards members can also convert their Marriott Rewards points into SKYPASS miles that they can use for flights on South Korea’s largest airline.

In addition to earning points or miles for their stays, Marriott Rewards members enjoy extra benefits when they book direct, such as exclusive Member Rates, free Wi-Fi, and access to the Marriott Mobile app, including mobile check-in and checkout, to make their travel experience seamless. Marriott Rewards also offers exclusive access to events and experiences including concerts, catwalks, the NBA Global Games in China, and much more. In addition, Marriott Rewards partners with over 40 airline programs to give members more earning power in the skies than any other program.
 
As of today, Marriott Rewards members who designate Korean Air as their earning preference will receive:
 
Two (2) SKPASS Miles per $1 US spent on qualifying hotel charges at the following brands:

Two (2) SKYPASS Miles per $1 US spent on room rate only at the following brands:

  • Gaylord Hotels
 
One (1) SKYPASS Mile per $1 US spent on room rate only at the following brands: 
  • Courtyard by Marriott
  • AC Hotels by Marriott
  • SpringHill Suites by Marriott
  • Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott
  • Residence Inn by Marriott
  • TownePlace Suites by Marriott
  • Marriott Executive Apartments
  • MoxySM Hotels 
  • Protea Hotels by Marriott
 
Members can also earn one (1) SKYPASS mile per $1 US spent, with a maximum of 15,000 points per event, on events with at least ten (10) room nights on a single night or catered-only events. Participating hotels worldwide include The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, EDITION, Gaylord Hotels, Autograph Collection Hotels, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Delta Hotels by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, AC Hotels by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites, MoxySM Hotels and Marriott Vacation Club.
