KUALA LUMPUR – Best Western Premier Genting Ion Delemen is pleased to appoint Ms. Sarah Hess as its Resident Manager.
A British native and a respected hospitality professional, Ms. Hess brings more than 25 years experience in the Hospitality industry to her new role. Ms. Hess’s recent appointments include positions at the Hilton Melbourne, Hilton Sydney and Hilton London Gatwick Airport where she contributed to the successful opening of the hotel. With her vast experience in the industry, and having worked in few a countries including Australia and the UK, Ms. Hess has held various senior management positions. During Ms. Hess’s tenure in her previous capacities, she has always been seen as a results-oriented and driven individual, who was able to lead the team towards achieving measurable results which add value for all stakeholders. In her new capacity, Ms. Hess will oversee the hotel day-to-day operations and focus on driving service and performance excellence through her informative and presentable style.

In her free time, Ms. Hess will enjoy the great outdoors, be it a healthy walk or her greatest hobby and love, that of ‘horse riding’. She is also a budding children’s novelist having completed her first successful children’s book entitled Tuxedo Tales, “little pearls of wisdom from a horse’s point of view”.
