Announced late last year the design group has over 44 hotels and resorts in the Asia Pacific region, and is pursuing a vision to offer travel 360 degree “luxury by design” experiences. This covers not only hotels, villas, residences, resorts and spa’s, but also yachting, cruises, planes and cars.

BANGKOK, Thailand – International lifestyle brand X2 (CrossTo) is continuing its expansion beyond hotels and resorts, with its latest debut of the X2 Cruises on Chao Phraya River, Bangkok in May 2016.

The luxury river and canal tour on Chao Phraya River, X2 Cruises is now launched and ready to provide a brand new experience, on the Chao Phraya River. X2 Cruises invites clients to discover Bangkok in CrossTo style, with comfort and luxury. The Italian custom designed cruiser is inspired by Venetian taxi boats, but reinterpreted in a modern and fresh X2 way.

In addition to the canal tour, X2 Cruises also provides luxury custom private tours, sunset cruises and boat rental. Serving VIP clients, hotels, corporate events and functions, the boat is an ideal way to impress and cater to those clients in need of fast, comfortable luxury on the river.

Launching on Chao Phraya River, the ‘Venice of the East’ for the first time, X2 Cruises offers a 2 hour luxury river and canal tour enabling clients to explore all must-see Thai-heritage sites along the canal and river. During the tour, clients will enjoy spectacular views that cannot be experienced from land. Clients will explore the country’s lifelines on Thailand’s waterways which will enable them to understand why the Chao Phraya River is one of the most famous and significant rivers in the orient.

The modern cruiser can accommodate up to 14 passengers, providing a private luxury experience with real leather interiors, full air conditioning, refrigeration for drinks, and a sliding targa style roof for open air sightseeing.

Most people may think of Bangkok as a busy city with streets full of cars, tuk-tuks, buildings and malls, but actually Bangkok has other interesting sights. We see the lives along Chao Phraya River and canals are one of them. As CrossTo is the new talk of the town lifestyle brand, we merged the modern design concept of X2 Cruises together with the ancient scenery along Chao Phraya River. I’m sure it will give the Chao Phraya River a welcome touch of luxury, one that is based on X2’s core value of “luxury by design” said Anthony McDonald, CEO and founder of the CrossTo Lifestyle brand.
