Amazing Thailand Grand Sale Fair 2015 to take place 11-14 June

The four-day Amazing Thailand Grand Sale Fair 2015 is expected to attract up to 80,000 visitors, representing a 10 per cent increase from the previous year, and generate about 120 million Baht spending on the tourism products and services available at the event.

BANGKOK – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is joining hands with NCC Exhibition Organiser to hold the Amazing Thailand Grand Sale Fair 2015 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok from 11-14 June, 2015.
 
Mr. Wiboon Nimitrwanich, TAT’s Executive Director of Tourism Investment Department said, “The Amazing Thailand Grand Sale Fair 2015 is held with the objective of stimulating the domestic tourism market and local products during the green season from June to August, as part of our Discover Thainess campaign. To encourage spending among local and international tourists, TAT has roped in participation from shops, malls, and tour companies, as well as accommodation and spa establishments in offering up to an 80 per cent discount on their products and services.
 
Mrs. Bussaya Prakobthong, General Manager of NCC Exhibition Organiser said “Now in its 14th year, the Amazing Thailand Grand Sale Fair is one of the country’s major discount events for tourism products and services. This year, a total of 340 exhibitors, including vendors and operators of tourism-related products and services have registered for the event, which will cover an area of more than 10,000 square metres of the C1, C2 and Atrium halls of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
 
The Fair will also feature fashion products from young designers who have made their names on the Internet. They will use this event as a stage to show their potential and further expand their businesses.
