AAFT launches new school of hospitality & tourism

The school offers undergraduate and post graduate courses in Travel & Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Performing Arts and Fine Arts. 

NOIDA, India – A function recently held at Marwah Studio, Film City to mark 25 years of the opening of North India’s first ever media school, culminated with the launch of the school of hospitality & tourism. The event witnessed the presence of Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Culture, Tourism and Minister of State for Ministry of Civil Aviation (India), Government of India.
 
While inaugurating the school of hospitality & tourism and AAFT School of Arts, Dr. Mahesh Sharma said, “I am proud of being an Indian and I seek full cooperation from every individual to promote and support Indian culture around the globe. I am proud of what AAFT has achieved in a milieu that presents many challenges.” 
 
While addressing the students, the Minister said, “Tourism industry is rapidly growing and provides an insight of the rich and diverse cultural heritage, diverse geographical locales of a country, its handicrafts, fairs, folk dances, music and its people. He emphasized that a lot needs to be done in boosting tourism.
 
The school offers undergraduate and post graduate courses in Travel & Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Performing Arts and Fine Arts.
 
Sandeep Marwah, President, Marwah Studio, added, “The captivating monuments and heritage sites in India stand to restate their story of joy, valor and forfeit. Tourism plays a predominant role in the world economy and certainly promotes national integration and brotherhood. AAFT is the fastest growing educational institution and there is a reinvigorated focus on building a school that would bring quality academic skills.
 
The school is promoted by National Federation of Tourism & Transport Cooperatives of India Ltd. and powered by International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry.
