Bringing with him a wealth of experience working in the F&B industry in leading restaurants, hotels and resorts – from Melbourne, Phuket, Samui to Bangkok, Chef Tor will oversee the menus and kitchen operations for the hotel’s signature restaurant ‘Bistro M’. The new chef is now working hand in hand with his talented F&B team at Bistro M to deliver creative and tasty dishes for all diners to enjoy.

The ‘Bistro M’s Buffet Fridays’ features a variety of delicious dishes from around the globe including fresh seafood to meat carvings at a very attractive price at 1,000 Baht net per person. For those who love to try authentic Thai food, don’t miss the ‘Saturday Night Thai Food Feast’ offering a collection of favorite local dishes from different regions of Thailand. Also included is Thai-style premium BBQ from a live cooking station with free-flow soft-drink, at only 900 Baht net per person.
