AirAsia introduces premium product for business travellers

Increased  flexibility is now proposed by AirAsia Premium Flex new services. The product will provide an alternative for business travellers, particularly the ones with a tight travel budget.

BANGKOK- AirAsia years launched its latest service today, called Premium Flex, which is designed to cater to the needs of discerning business travellers, turning arduous business travels into a pleasant experience by providing further convenience and comfort options.

With Premium Flex, guests can look forward to various benefits which provide essential preferences for business travel such as flexibility to change their flight up to 2 times with no change fee, complimentary 20kg baggage allowance, Xpress boarding and other perks.

It is the best deal in town as we offer the lowest fares while providing services and products at the highest quality.

Ancillary income contributes around 20% of our revenue and we are determined to boost this further with new products and services. The flexibility and other perks are designed to provide a travel experience with high satisfaction standards which I am confident will be a hit.”
 
Premium Flex is available for all AirAsia flights (except for Sri Lanka) and can be booked at any time up to 2 hours before scheduled time departure of the original flight and at least 3 hours before the schedule time of departure of the new AirAsia flight and four hours before the scheduled time of the new AirAsia X flight. This change can be performed via the airline website, mobile and all AirAsia official offline booking channels. Changes to flight date or time is permitted twice and subject to fare difference if any.

Premium Flex guests could also enjoy the luxury of flying comfortably on Premium Seats (previously known as Hot Seats), selectable at no extra charge and subjected to availability. Guests also have the liberty to choose standard seats according to their seating preference on board, also without any charges and subjected to availability.

Guests can take advantage of this and fly to exciting destinations such as Krabi, Chiang Mai, Guilin, Naning, Lombok, Kochi, and even newly re-introduced routes such as Danang which will commence on 29 Aug 2014 and Clark, which commences on 17 Oct 2014. Among some of the featured AirAsia X routes include Sydney, Hangzhou, Osaka, Kathmandu and Colombo.
