Priority Guest Rewards partners with Global Hotel Alliance

Setting GHA properties in a league of their own is the alliance’s commitment ensuring each property is a special reflection of the distinctive culture and traditions of that location.

Australian and New Zealand complimentary hotel loyalty program Priority Guest Rewards (PGR), has made the world a more bountiful place thanks to a partnership with Global Hotel Alliance (GHA). Members will now enjoy benefits across more than 450 hotels, palaces and resorts in 62 different countries across 5 continents through the 26 upscale and luxury brands affiliated with GHA including QT Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels, Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Alila Resorts and Omni Hotels & Resorts.

Setting GHA properties in a league of their own is the alliance’s commitment ensuring each property is a special reflection of the distinctive culture and traditions of that location. Whether you’re looking to savour a taste of palatial living in Bangalore, looking to bask in the splendour of the Maldives sunshine, planning on some stylish business dealings in central Sydney or seeking to sample the delights of a traditional British afternoon tea in London, there is certain to be a GHA property that is right for you.

Throughout this network of very special hotels and resorts, PGR members will enjoy member benefits including complimentary water and newspapers whilst Platinum and Black card members can take advantage of late check-outs, room upgrades, in-room gifts and customised room preferences.

PGR members will continue to receive a minimum 10% off best available rates online (15% for Platinum and Black card members) when staying at QT, Rydges, Art Series and Atura Hotels and Resorts; meaning there’s no need to spend hours online searching for the best rate – PGR has its members covered.

At the heart of all PGR philosophies is a desire to provide memorable experiences for members and the new-look PGR program has further enhanced this offering with a broader range of benefits at PGR properties than ever before. Reductions on meals – as high as 50% for Black Card members – plus complimentary water, welcome back drinks and complimentary late check outs for all members are but some of the benefits enjoyed.

Adding to the guest experience, online bookings earn PGR points which can be used towards room nights, rewards and extras for your next stay. This means the spoils now come a lot quicker as members redeem points on items from cocktails to bottles of wine, meals to gift vouchers and of course the all-important room nights.

“PGR is about bringing a global network of hotels to our Australian customers which offers a host of benefits across 5 continents and 62 countries whilst offering unparalleled value right here in Australia and New Zealand through our best available rates online for members coupled with benefits and faster rewards,” said David Seargeant, Group Managing Director Amalgamated Holdings Limited.
