Air India started flights to Domodedovo

The flights on the routes Delhi – Moscow (DME) – Delhi will be operated by Boeing 787 (Dreamliner) aircrafts with innovative equipment that provides the highest comfort level for passengers.

On July 18, 2014 early in the morning the aircraft of Air India landed at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. It was the first regular flight from Delhi: the flag carrier of India became a new partner of the biggest air hub in Russia.
 
Passengers of Indian airline were warmly welcomed at Moscow Domodedovo Airport: waterbridge became the most picturesque part of the event. This spectacular moment was caught in the lenses of aviation photography fans invited to the festive event.
 
Coming of Air India to the Russian market is an important event. We are sure that regular flights of the new carrier can make a great contribution to the strengthening and further development of economic cooperation between the two states” – noted Igor Borisov, Director of Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
 
Opening of the new direction promotes route network development and is choiceful for passengers of Moscow Domodedovo Airport. The flights to the capital of India will be operated 
4 times a week.
