To qualify for the Hotel Security Excellence Award, hotels have to undergo a stringent audit which includes inspection of physical security, contingency and crisis plans, and training procedures.
SINGAPORE – Concorde Hotel Singapore announced that it has received its fifth consecutive Hotel Security Excellence Award at an awards presentation ceremony held in conjunction with the annual Hotel Security Conference. The annual awards are jointly presented by the Singapore Police Force (SPF), National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) and the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA), graced by Guest-of-Honour, Mr Masagos Zulkifli, Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs and Foreign Affairs.

All documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be in compliance with Singapore Standards for Hotel Security (SS545).
