Instagram images to tell story of tropical paradise

Australia's top Instagrammers will be sharing their adventures around Tropical North Queensland as part of the This Is my paradise domestic campaign to be launched on April 22.

Tourism Tropical North Queensland Chief Executive Officer Alex de Waal said the five Instagram Influencers, with a combined audience of more than 500,000, would be travelling around the region from April 22 to 27.
 
Their images of Mossman Gorge, the Great Barrier Reef, Palm Cove and the Atherton Tablelands will be tagged  #thisismyparadise campaign and will be used on the This is my paradise landing page.”
 
This is my paradise showcases Tropical North Queensland’s incredible array of adventurous experiences through the unique stories of three locals who call our paradise home.”
 
The three short films will be shown in our key domestic markets of Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and will be underpinned by prolific use of #thisismyparadise to generate diverse imagery of Tropical North Queensland’s experiences and landscapes.”
 
The Instagrammers will play a key role in sharing the images of our destination and the public will have a chance to meet them at an InstaMeet at the Cairns Esplanade Lagoon on Tuesday April 22 from 5pm.”

·Australia’s third most popular Instagrammer with 111,000 followers, Garry Norris @garry_norris 
·Sydney-based photographer focusing on youth, adventure and travel with 38,000 followers, Mark Clinton @markclinton. 
·Melbourne-based photographer focusing on fashion, travel and lifestyle with 37,000 followers, Melissa Findley @melissafindley 
·Sydney-based photographer and videographer with 30,000 followers, Sol Davey: @sldvy
