Three consecutive best of Malaysia “Best Spa Resort” wins for the Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat

Along with this latest accolade as the “Best Spa Resort”, The Banjaran enjoys its standing as an acclaimed destination with several awards of international, regional and local stature to its name.  In keeping with the exclusivity and tranquility of the retreat, The Banjaran welcomes adults and guests 12 years of age and above.

IPOH, PERAK – The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat, Malaysia’s luxury spa and natural wellness hot springs destination, was recently voted the “Best Spa Resort” for the third year running in Expatriate Lifestyle magazine’s The Best of Malaysia Travel Awards 2013.

Garnering over 17,000 votes this year, the biggest ever in over seven (7) years, the annual awards bestow top travel and hospitality brands the acknowledgement of offering excellent experiences in hospitality and travel, contributing to Malaysia being one of the greatest holiday destinations in the world.

Ms. Lybanor P. Godio, General Manager of the 25-luxury villa hot springs retreat, was delighted at The Banjaran’s recognition once again for its appeal and offerings as a destination for wellness and rejuvenation.

The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat opened its doors in 2010 as a self-contained wellness and spa sanctuary nestled in a 16.59-acre valley, cocooned by lush tropical jungle, natural caves, geothermal hot springs as well as magnificent limestone hills.  It is 15 minutes from the city of Ipoh and two hours drive from Kuala Lumpur.
