Eastin Hotels in further expansion mood

Eastin Hotels & Residences rapid brand expansion continues with 11 properties in operation this year, especially in the mid-range segment.

BANGKOK - Eastin Hotels & Residences brand expansion in the Asian region continues to grow at a rapid pace with 11 properties operating in 3 categories welcoming guests this year, namely the 4 and 5-star Eastin Hotels, Eastin Residences and mid-range Eastin Easy brand. All brands are dedicated to provide the group’s core promise of “Value for all occasions”.

Eastin Hotels are deluxe 4 and 5-star properties targeting value hunters looking for comfort and convenience at the right price coupled with maximum flexibility to serve the purpose of their visit, whether it will be for business or pleasure. Each Eastin Hotel consists of a minimum of 150 rooms with full luxury facilities and amenities enhanced by large conference and event venues.
 
Current properties include the newly opened 5-star Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok and 4-star Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok in Thailand. Properties opening soon in India include Eastin Hotel Ahmedabad and Eastin Sun Hotel Pune in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
 
Eastin Residences feature spacious accommodation, full guest services and modern facilities to serve those seeking extended stays, whether for business or leisure. Eastin Residences ensure all guests’ needs are catered for including free Wi-Fi throughout the residence, swimming pool, gym, recreational facilities for kids, extra-large closets, luxury bedding and toweling and function and event facilities. The first Eastin Residences to open its doors in late 2012 will be Eastin Residences Muscat, located on the picturesque Seeb Corniche in Oman.
 
The 3-star Eastin Easy brand was created based on the needs of budget travelers with a flexible choice of Easy Stay Rates of 6-hour, 12-hour and 24-hour occupancy. Conveniently located in the major cities and business areas, Eastin Easy properties provide comfortable and functional accommodation, a hearty breakfast, free internet and the most convenient services. Eastin Easy hotels consist of a minimum of 40 rooms.
 
Eastin Easy Siam Piman in Thailand is already welcoming guests with Eastin Easy GTC Hanoi in Vietnam, Eastin Easy Amritsar, Eastin Easy Sun Mapusa Goa, Eastin Easy Citizen Ahmedabad and Eastin Easy Kolkata in India scheduled to open later this year.
