| BIOS: Dr Dimitrios Buhalis is Programme Leader MSc in Tourism Marketing and MSc in eTourism at the School of Management, University of Surrey. He is widely regarded as an expert in the impacts of ICTs in the tourism industry and he regularly advises the European Commission, World Tourism Organisation, the World Tourism and Travel Council on eTourism issues. He has served as Vice President of the International Federation of Information Technology for Travel and Tourism (IFITT). He has written or co-edited a total of 12 books, including Tourism Business Frontiers and Tourism Management Dynamics, eTourism: Strategic Information Technology for Tourism and Tourism Distribution Channels. Mr John Kent is a Serial Entrepreneur and Founder of youtravel.com.
